lyrics

I thought that I was dreamin
When you told me in your way that you were leavin
And wastin awaitin to wake up
Drink the tears from overspilling silver cup

and when I opened my eyes for a first time
I watched the rain fall through the light
but the morning hung heavy like the night
I spread my wings and cry

o songbird swallow me oh
songbird swaddle me up
in your shimmering silver lining
the sound of your sparrow song spare me from sighing

and she sings
“Do i love you enough”
and she sings
“Can i love you enough
I swore I loved you enough
I know I loved you enough to stay”
